Just a little clarification: it’s not 1g/lb of body weight but instead 1g/lb of lean mass. This is why knowing your body fat is important. If you were 300 lbs with a high bf% you would end up consuming way too much protein. For example I weigh 185 lbs and my goal is about 150g a day.

I eat 3700 calories per day on average for one year now and the only weight I gained is from becoming taller HELPPPP!!
