I js turned 14 and I have not skipped a day doing 200 push-ups every single night before I go to bed since August 27th, 2022. I was not allowed to go to the gym until two weeks ago (my birthday) and everyone there thinks I’m 15 and in reality, I’ve only been to the gym 5 times. I have a six pack, large biceps, a good chest, forearms, and I’m working on my back. This is proof that no matter how old you are, you can get big without even lifting. Stay strong and never EVER give up because it will kill you in the long run

for anyone doing this do this in reps of as many as you can for repetition, start at about 15 minutes a day or every other day for a month or till you feel you can do more, then move up to 30 minutes. getting in shape isnt just working out you also have to stay consistent eat healthy lots of water and sleep to heal. you got this I believe in you🙏🏽

Bodyweight isnt good for anything special, but mastering your bodyweight is definitely something you should aim for

I do ab exercises but no matter how I tweak them I feel it mostly in my lower back or upper thighs. I guessing time will help.
