Im 55, been in the gym for 37 plus years and made the mistake of taking 4yrs off of working out because I was burnt out. I had to start back up 2yrs ago because I lost 65lbs, all my strength and a ton of other losses. DO NOT QUIT. DO NOT STOP WORKING OUT OR IT WILL TAKE FOREVER TO GAIN IT BACK. After my 2yr comeback, Im still years aesy from where I was but I look better than 99% of the population and my veins are popping again. Great Job, Dad!
