I'm not expert but I think Chris needs to eat more probably stuff like turnip and parsnip mash with diced fresh kale, I dunno how it works for y'all but I take great delight it taking fresh herbs as an extra calorie source and i grown then my self, in my home gym I have a 7 foot tall African blue basil plant under grow lights and love sage growing and mint I think that helps me allot actually and adds to my appetite! I actually think when I eat fresh herbs it's like gotta have the nutrients from photosynthesis like oxygen and also stuff that can be instantly absorbed what's only in freshly picked produce! Plus plants and neutralise pollution and radiation and turn it back into oxygen and a healthy environment! Probably id you your mass better including your brain and glands ECT you may feel stuff comes easy but I dunno for such extreme strength building! I feel better when I am around my African blue basil plant and I think it feels like a cure all to eat the fresh leafs from my African blue basil plant! Also the sage tastes like soap I like eating fresh sage! And fresh sage can apparently stop contamination also! Maybe I take like heaps of dried herbs mixed in a blender just a tes spoon of it with water and I feel like the twigs and sticks of the valerian root, lemon balm and ashwaganda adds caleroes and then my mass is I'm 173cm tall and weigh 98kg and I feel like the herbs add calories that absorb quickly making like intense satisfaction including they can add different things in my blood to help circulation ECT mainly it makes me have more of a satisfying mass enhancement I think I like that too but side effects could be bad like I don't wanna have too much gingko or else I get tooth aches! I like grated raw beetroot, carrot and cheese with chicken and salad ECT!!! Yeah! I think to get fitter just tensing helps allot and breathing!!!

Your so accomplished don't ever doubt your self your a force of nature wake him up Chris go for it looks like you want a fight take Jake Paul out I know I can don't see any reason why your can't you stronger and more controlled than us both but I'd be a harder fight than Jake heed last one minute tops before he goes down

I can do upto straddle planche for more than 12 seconds, not full planche due to imbalance, after fixing it I'll be able to hold full planche
