This guy took the words right out of my mouth. Every guy who ever had a "glow up" usually just started working out consistently, having better hygiene and better grooming, and changed up their wardrobe. Speaking from experience I was never that ugly but I definitely wasn't being stared at, good looking enough to where women weren't repulsed by me but also not attractive enough for most of them to be attracted to me. I started working out consistently, getting consistent haircuts, wearing nicer fitting clothes, and their energy towards me completely changed. Women actually initiate conversations now, make the first move, I catch them looking at me way more, simply because I stopped being lazy with my appearance. And with more female attention comes confidence. Confidence with women comes from not "thinking" you're attractive but KNOWING you're attractive, and even if you don't feel like you are, trick yourself into thinking it.

This is so true! I always got the same haircut and no one looked at me and I was satisfied with my haircuts.
@ weeks ago I was walking around looking really shaggy so I went to a different salon to get a haircut. I was offered a fade and I accepted because I love fades so this stylist goes crazy on my hair and does her own thing with my back and sides! I got so many compliments, some women even said I was sexy.
I was in a comfort zone and was broken out of it. I feel great now like I have no limits so time to work on other parts of me.

I used to think I am ugly af. Like really low, lol. Not anymore. I gained so much confidence. It's crazy. Alot of people say I am handsome. Not just my looks. Just take care youself. Every 2 weeks haircut, workout, eat more fruit and vegetables in my diet, less stressful, more positive vibe, etc. You can do it too. No excuses
