Being Ugly is a short animation about the fate of a wojak who has to face his own fate. He tries to live a normal life despite the barrier placed at birth. Not being understood by others, their empty promises and hopes, he is slowly pushed into dark places where it is easy to get lost.

Getting teased, rejected and mistreated for being ugly is what has caused me to have agoraphobia. If I leave my house I need to cover myself from head to toes because I'm ashamed of the way I look and I often think others are judging me for my appearance, even though I know they are not. I don't smile in public, refuse to take pictures and often get anxious for not having enough money for a plastic surgery to fix my face.

the worst part about being ugly is not people looking and making fun of you, you dont even exist to them, you are invisible, i spent most of my teenage years being lonely because i was really ugly, not a single girl, leave alone girls, not one single friend that cared for me, i was always a background character for them, they always kept me close but hidden for they didnt want others to see me hanging out with them. And its amazing to see how being ugly can deprive you of basic things like socialization. Im less ugly now i think and i already have 3 friends, thats 3 more friends than i had in highschool

Its usually ppl who look good who say attractiveness doesnt matter; but the one who can really tell how bad ugly ppl are treated are the ugly people themselves; more often than not you are at ppls mercy when you look good; when you are ugly u wont be forgiven or arent treated gently at all

Being attractive is playing on easy mode not only in dating but in life in general. Yes, in dating is the most important aspect for attraction (which will cause everything else to start, including that unconditional love and safe refuge). I was the ugly kid in elementary and middle school and let me tell you something there is no uniquely worse feeling then being look at with disgust from the girls and being teased by the boys for how you look or how girls said "ew" or back away when someone said "you two should go out" it was mentally tough on me when I was young but I started to play sports and did my hair differently and I look average now. But the scars are still there emotionally
