I’ve had this thought for the majority of my life. It actually lead to a factor of my depression since I was a teen. I don’t look into mirrors or like taking pictures because of it. I read upon something and thought I have symptoms of BDD, but your video are also things I think of too, so I’m not sure what my problem is.
