If I cook 100grams of raw chicken breast that has 25g of protein, after cooking it has become 75grams of COOKED chicken breast. Does it still have 25g of protein? Does cooking the chicken make it lose protein?

This is wrong. The nutrition value of the raw weight does not change once some water has evaporated during the cooking process. Take 2 200g pieces of steak. If I like mine well done and you like yours medium rare, yours will be heavier, but you will not have gained any macro-nutrients from the original 200g steak. Fix this because this is a common misconception and you're going to wonder why people are still asking the same question.
