I weighted myself in the morning and I was almost 50kg, weighted myself at night and Im in 53 kg. And yes, I do eat and drink a lot throughout the day.

Different topic but I hate bloat.. weigh less in the morning, flat stomach, feeling healthy.. then I drink 10oz coffee, 1 slice of toast, and bam I look 9 months pregnant.

I've weighed myself in the morning then replaced the weight of urine out with freshly water in. With no food all day i gained 0.8kg, the next morning I lost 1kg. So there is more to this than food and water weight.

Try to measure your weight always first in the morning. Before you consume anything for breakfast. And maintain at the same time the next month or whenever you weigh. It is the ideal time to weigh during that time as while you sleep the food gets processed and the unnecessary stuffs you excreate the next morning. So all that water and food you consumed the day before digests the next morning. Now before you starting for the next day measure your weight and do likewise everytime you weigh. There won't be a lot of weight fluctuations. And if you weigh in the evening, maintain that and do weigh every evening during that same time. But I would suggest morning is the best time to weigh as you are ready to start a new day by excreating all the necessary stuffs from your body of the previous day. That would fetch your exact body weight.

I weighed my self this morning and I weighed 149 lbs and a few min ago I weighed in and I was 156... usually I’m on a very healthy diet but today was my Easter and I ate so much

I keep my weight under 120 but it does goes up 3-4 pounds depending what I eat, etc

I was 87.3 kg now after eating breakfast and drinking I am 89.9 kg that is 2.7 kg difference between my morning weight and evening weight, , , , also I am 191, 7 cm out fo bed 6'3 and 6'2.5 189.7 cm before bed its ironic how everything Changs from height to weight from morning to night.
