But what if you have only already cooked chicken?

How to measure is misleading. If you can have protein up to 5-6 oz. before cooking, why not just measure 4 oz. after cooking? And what about protein I buy that is already cooked? When weighing veges that are frozen and for my family also, do I thaw, then measure and cook mine in separate pan?
