Daily uploads sounds nice on paper, but I have a feeling there will be some days where you don't have anything specific to talk about. Just post, when you have something to share. Don't force it. Keep up the good work :)

I like your channel because it’s not toxic. A lot influencers I see try to almost bully or guilt trip people into their goals but you don’t do that and your shorts are helpful.

Hey, I started watching your videos. After a while, I started to work out. I started just with push-ups, it was hard for me because I couldn't do even one good push-up and all I was thinking about is that before a couple of years, I could do 30 push-ups like nothing (I was very sick for two years I had cancer). But then I understood that that mindset is stopping me from improving. I started watching a lot of your videos and you became an inspiration to me. So THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO!!!

Most people want to put in the work in the gym for the desired look. Body composition, nutrition analysis, and actually type of training is not one size fits all. I appreciate you sharing your journey. The gyms are crowded with people building the ego before the muscle.

I actually appreciate this video. Everyone always talks about what you should be eating, and about calories, but I'm in high school and don't rlly have control abt what I eat or when I can go to the gym. U just stating that in high school u didn't rlly have any control is relatable.
