Push ups: 30x
Pull ups: 12x
Negative pull ups: 10x
Handstand push up: 10x
Jump over burpees: 10x
Hanging knee raises: 15x

3-4 rounds

Chris: Usually I do 5 - 6 sets depending on my mood for gains

Jumping Pull Ups 10x : 6:00
Handstand Push Ups 10x : 6:57
Jump Over Burpees 10x : 8:00
Hanging Knee Raises 15x : 9:22

Do at least 2-3 rounds, 3-4 rounds for complete workout routines
