How to get death star delts:
Hit them 2-3x a week with multiple sets of shoulder press, front raises, lateral raises, reverse pec deck. Focus on getting a good contraction, having control over the negative, put the muscles under tension. Remember, consistency and progressive overload is the key.
Or, alternatively, as seen in the video, just take your jacket off.
