I just want to say thank you my brother, you have changed my whole life from being a person that was lazy with no fire in my heart to Change my life. Living with high cholesterol, high blood pressure, close to being type two diabetic weighing up to 225 pounds. To now 194 pounds normal cholesterol no more high blood pressure. Instead instead of the 5th movement to overheadpress and instead of shrugs do Bicep curls.
The neck is enough activated from deadlifts
