Before I found out about Bragg’s, I did noticed a difference in the ACV. This happened after 2020. I actually had an old bottle of Braggs and ACV looked very different from todays. But the concern is that apples being used in Braggs come from Apeel the company that Gates owns and are geo engineered.

I was done with Braggs after using it for several years as soon as I learned Katy Perry was involved ! I definitely noticed the difference for some time now!

Thank you for talking about ACV. I now use Kirkland (Costco) exactly like Bragg’s yet cheaper. I have drank ACV for years in the warmer months. A glass of filtered water, ice cubes, ACV, lemon and mint. Delicious! I am 76 and never have I had any trouble with my teeth from it.

Lovely video Dr Rajani. Also let’s emphasise that one should never brush their teeth straight after drinking acidic drinks, this can damage the enamel long term. Wait at least one hour after drinking acidic drinks or eating fruit before brushing your teeth. Sending love to all of you. ❤

I stopped buying Bragg's
ever since I saw the difference!

If you live in Canada, President's Choice produces an unfiltered, organic apple cider vinegar that is way cheaper and better quality than Bragg's apparently.I had no idea Bragg's was facing that kind of controversy, I stopped buying the brand years ago, that's quite disappointing, it was my go to brand for many years.

Have used ACV for a long time but I never buy Bragg's or any of the big brands. I prefer buying from small local family businesses, I have tried lots of different ones and I feel they are so much more effective than all these commercial ones.

I've taken ACV for years and it's never helped me lose weight nor has it helped with my cholesterol. I still take it but I'm not sure why lol.

It would be nonsensical to dilute Braggs with water. One would simply adulterate it with cheap white vinegar, thus maintaining the pH. The adulteration would reduce the percentage of the mother.

The Bragg's label used to say 'purified water'. It no longer says that.

I use WhiteHouse organic which I think is comparable to your Fairchilds, I prefer it hot and sip on it throughout the day. I’m 62, when I was little I used to drink Easter egg dye…I loved the vinegar taste🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️Would also swig ‘malt vinegar’ right out the bottle! 😬🤷🏻‍♀️ 🤷🏻‍♀️🙂

I use my home made kamboucha instead of ACV. Works well😊
