I really loved this class. Loved how the first 2 /3 was more active and then how the last third was more stretchy :))

I woke up early so I could try this flow before work.. and woah what an amazing way to start the day. Lifting my front leg in the half splits and pyramid was basically impossible for me, and tips to strengthen that movement? Thanks again for another wonderful class!
