The meaning of this is stools is not coming out. So there are two reasons why the stool is not coming out, either in the lowest part of the anal canal that is inside the rectum, it is stuck and it cannot come, it is a very common thing and that is usually treated by manual evacuating, we break it and manually evacuate it, we give enemas, and then suppositories to clear the bowel. This is usually seen in elderly people and bedridden people where the bowel movements are poor and that is the commonest cause of stool being stuck up is inside the intestine especially the large intestines. Inside the small intestine the stools won’t be there. So that is called as small intestinal obstruction in the large intestine many times we have to exclude cancers. So you have to treat the disease. So what is the cause of the disease and the cause has to be investigated. So any cause of intestinal obstruction has to be thoroughly investigated and this is an emergency also. So you cannot keep on trying with different medicine. All small intestinal obstruction has to be investigated and many of them require surgical treatment as well and conservative management.

I had or might still deal with a transient Intussusception. All I know us lately I’m deal with nausea after eating, and constipation. I had a double balloon Endoscopy procedure and nothing found in intestinal area (de junal junal) and have had upper endoscopy as well as colonoscopy. MRI showed Intussusception, but did not recently. I’m assuming related to it.

You will have to distinguish between a fecal impaction and a constipation. In the first case you will have to swallow early in the morning on an empty stomach 2 tablespoons (= 30 ml) castor oil and one hour later a second dosage. In this manner there will be produced a sufficient amount of gall by the liver in order to split the castor oil completely in ricinoleic acid and glycerine, for exclusively the ricinoleic acid will activate the passive histamines in the intestine in order to achieve the peristalsis in the bowels. In the second case of a normal constipation 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil will be sufficient.
