Here's a brownie recipe cuz your body deserves it:

Fudgy Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients:

1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted

1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking powder

Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Stir until smooth.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until fully incorporated.

Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix just until combined—don’t overmix.

Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Let cool in the pan before slicing. Enjoy!

REMIND ME GUYS

I'm gonna do this for 1 week atleast with proper diet from tomorrow 25 feb 2025

Day 1✅ 100 crunches, 80 toe touches, 50 glute bridge with some other workout And I didn't follow DIET proper today because of family function
Day 2 ✅ didn't see any changes yet but today it was easier than yesterday
Day 3 ✅ 100 crunches, glute bridge & 100 floor bicycle instead of toe touches (I wasn't able to do this exercise 😭) and yeah fr it hurts so hard **
Day 4 ✅
Day 5 ❌
Day 6❌
Day 7 ✅ I saw just a little bit difference in my belly

2nd WEEK of workout
Day 8 ✅ done (4 March )

I was sick😷 from the long time so I was not able to do

Now Continue again guys

guys im not doing the workout but ive been doing plank for about 1 and a half minutes everyday for the past 1 and a half weeks. the first few days i only did 1 min plank and i was kinda shaking while holding it and my stomach was a little sore after the first week i increased the time to 1 and a half minutes. i dont see much change but when i suck in my stomach i can see abs im still working on it and since im in school i usually wake up too late to do a full 10 min exercise routine but starting tmrw im gonna go for my full workout routine that i planned a while ago.
-40 bicycle kicks
-20 russian twists (each side)
-20 crunches
-40 mountain climbers
-20 hip dips
-60 second plank (90 seconds if possible)
-20 sit-ups
-40 squats
-40 donkey kicks
-40 calf-raises
-15 lunges (each side)
and i usually take a 30 minute walk everyday plus soccer practice for 1 hour on mon, thurs, and sat for the next 11 weeks so i will try to get a slimmer waiste because rn i have more of a rectangular body shape ill update if i can. if anyone else is working out make sure to increase the amount of reps after 1 or 2 weeks to give your body more challenging exercises

Day 2. It was easier than yesterday what's still no changes

Day 3. A little bit of changes

Day 4. I look pretty good almost there

Day 5. A lot of changes I almost look like the stomach in the pictures

Day 6. Looking almost the same but pretty good

Guys I'm gonna do this till I get the hourglass body shape cuz yeah why not
Day 1: super painful for me, I'm not very active, trying to change that
Day 2: less painful, but now has muscle cramps in stomach
Day 3: I did it, was way less painful
Day 4: I did it, same as day 3
Day 5: I stopped and I'm taking a break for a while, because I'm going on a trekking trip soon and can't risk being sore for it
Now: hey guys I havent restarted yet, but I will after Sunday, cuz the trip is going to leave me sore af. I've been learning how to do a handstand as well though, so that's still keeping me moving. I am also taking my dog for daily walks so that keeps me moving as well.
April 6th: goodness the trekking was super painful! I'm still learning handstand but I've taken a hiatus from this whole routine and I will tell y'all when I restart it! Tmrw is mah bd hehe
As of april 30th, i didnt ever restart doing this because i love my body now. I was never 'overweight' I was just insecure 😭😅 butttt i never stopped learning to do a handstand, I've done 6 very hard hikes, and im somewhat keeping myself moving. My body from the front and side is an hourglass shape, but i thought i was fat (there's nothing wrong in being fat ‼️) because of my uterus. Like obvi if you have a uterus its going to be seen 😭 but thats my update! For now..

Day 1- I did it my body was sore especially my stomach no changes but I lost a tiny bit of weight
Day 2- I did it again it was a little more easier now still no difference yet

For all my gal pals out there: you don’t have to suffer through workouts you hate just to feel like you’re doing it ‘right.’ Honestly, forcing yourself through something miserable usually just ends with you giving up — and being even more annoyed than when you started.

What actually helped me was finding something active that I didn’t dread. Instead of doing 100 crunches while daydreaming about eating 100 Crunch bars, I found ways to move that I actually enjoyed. Turns out, burning calories doesn’t have to feel like a punishment!

If you’re moving your body and having fun, you’re still making progress. You’ll lose fat, you’ll tone your muscles (depending on what you’re doing), and most importantly — you’ll want to keep showing up because it doesn’t feel like torture ❤

Im. Going to do it seriously- it's day 3 today but ima share results from day 1

Day 1- nothing changed but body hurts.
Day 2- no changes but body hurts a lil.
Day 3- i can see changes appearing slowly
I have lost some of the belly fat
Day 4- alot of changes but not much
Day 5- feels a lot light yayy!

Important hint, if you don’t always do exercise or you’re just starting, don’t immediately do 100, start with 10, it will hurt less. Once it will stop hurting do 20, and then 30.

Don’t go hard on yourself, improvement is seen with time and consistence!

Here’s a tanghulu recipe
1. Get a pot water and sugar and fruit
2. Pour water into pot
3. And the sugar
4. Turn the stove on to 300 degrees
5. Put the fruit on a stick
6. Once it’s at 300 cover the fruit in the the water and sugar it’s should look like a caramel substance
7. Immediately put it ice cold water
And then u have tanghulu

you wanna know what’s crazy? I haven’t seen one comment that’s actually dedicated to this workout. They stop after a month or so, and only stay on healthy diets for a temporary time. If you actually want an hourglass, you actually have to take things seriously and meal prep while doing this, spamming glute bridges and Russian twists won’t get you a hour glass immediately, sorry to break it to you.
