You're hitting the hammer on the nail. I had a partial hysterectomy at 39 and it's been downhill ever since. I was very active in strength training before my surgery. I've been trying to get back into it ever since.Thank you for these tips!

Hello gorgeous, I found your channel a few months ago and I’m working on all those things. I began a weight training program last November but I still wasn’t eating optimally. Hardest for me though is getting enough sleep at night. I dropped unhealthy carbs (bread, pasta, crackers, chips, etc) and limiting dairy. Dairy is really hard to give up because I’m addicted to cheese, but I’m cutting back quite a lot, and slowly discovering nondairy alternatives like coconut milk and soy yogurt which I love both with some fresh blueberries.
