My first impression is how comfortable the kid is with her! That means a lot.

The best part was when she said “I had a very happy childhood with great parents” was most important part for me.

Akiny is a natural story teller. Her narrative is smooth, interesting and flows easily off her tongue.

SIs had a whole degree and jobs on the side but the show made it out like she was just another girl trying to get a green card! I always knew there was more to what we were being shown on 90 Day Fiance! She is so intelligent and the relationship between her and her husband Benjamin may have had its rocky roads but overall is genuine and beautiful. Best of luck sis, and welcome to America xx

I'm in love with Akinyi's honesty and openness, a girl who's not ashamed of where she's come from

The most important part for me was when she said that God has blessed her !!! In my experience when I left my beloved family and my beloved country Guatemala to marry an american and moved to the USA it was just God with me, and in my personal experience after 11 years of marriage and 3 kids I believe it wouldn't be such a blessed life if didn't have Jesus in my heart and Jesus in the center of our marriage, so God bless you child of God may the Lord Jesus bless you and your new family 🙏🙏🙏 don't forget pray harder when you get home sick

I’m a “90 Day Fiancé” fan. Akinyi was one of my absolute favs. I’m not surprised at how intelligently she put this video together. She is such a beautiful woman inside and out. My experience of moving from Africa to America was completely different because I grew up in the large houses, had chauffeurs, housekeepers, etc. In America, I had to wash my own clothes, clean and take public transport in New York City. I appreciate how Akinyi clearly and correctly explains our experiences in both Africa and America are different. The thing I loved most about watching her on 90 Day Fiancé was that no matter how we as viewers may have judged her life in Kenya, we could not deny how RICH her life was in love, Christian values and happiness.

You tell your story beautifully. You are very comfortable in your own skin and that’s admirable. Not many of us Africans can be that open about how we lived back home for fear of being judged. Thanks for making it clear that this was your experience. Not everyone’s experience is the same even here in US. Stay blessed 💕

A proud Kenyan lady who is not ashamed of where she came from. This is just a begining of greater things.
No Matter what never forget where you came from..it might not be the best you would have wanted but you got what you needed, peace of mind, love and care from your family and friends....am proud of you gal.

Beautiful way of showing the African culture. Also I see a daughter that would be every mom's wish to have. A hardworking girl.

I haven’t watched her season of 90 day but omg I LOVE HER! I love a productive, hard working, educated, humble, kind and beautiful Queen! 😍 She def called out how difficult it is to stay fit and healthy in America and also about Americans’ over spending and credit card debt problems. This an awesome compare and contrast video essay.

I've realized that our lifestyle in Africa is what keeps us fit and, energetic. The life style in the US if one is not careful is a hinderence to one's health with obesity and other issues.
I love your relationship with your step son.

You can tell this girl is educated. Just the way she speaks and thinks. Talking about marriage and adjusting and so on. When I say educated I don’t mean just school/uni, but in how she was raised. In comparison to many of the other females on 90 days she’s one of the few who actually came for love. She’s humble and grateful. I’m happy that they make each other happy. And that Grayson has such a lovely stepmom.

And this is why Africans are so resilient. I am thankful for the struggles I had in South Africa before moving to New Zealand. The "harder" life definitely has its advantages. You make a great noble wife and beautiful couple!

I love how she speaks, and how she narrates her own experience

Akinyi this is absolutely eye opening and shows what us Americans take for granted every day. If for some reason in America these luxury’s go away you have those skills under your belt to be able to use in emergency instances. Thank you for sharing this with us! Bless you and your family! @Benjamin&Akinyi
