I think the extremities is gold. Living in Japan where they're very stingy on heaters or even turn on coolers for anything above 15 degrees, I am greatly suffering from the cold an kind of already do most of your tips.

Also, metal jewelry will make you colder. The bigger the pieces, the more noticeable. So big statement earrings or chunky rings are a bad choice for staying warm. (Also obvi very impractical with scarves, hats, gloves lol)
