Thank you for the simplicity and not making it scary. I wish I had started sooner, but I was afraid to be honest. Thank you again I'm canning turkey tonight and we use it for all the same in place of beef unless it's a burger I've yet to find a recipe for turkey burgers we like.

I'm canning 15# ground beef and 10# potatoes tomorrow... Got all the beef cooked today. Plus I'm dehydrating eggs mushrooms zucchini corn broccoli and green beans. Stack it to the RAFTERS people. Everyone stay safe and God Bless you and your family from middle GA 🙏 Kendra

I have done the same but use a lb of beef for every lb of ground turkey. Cook it together, put in the jars and PC. 💜 your helpful videos.

I canned cold packed meatloaf not too long ago. It turned out very good. I love having canned meat on the shelf. It gives me more freezer space for more meat and an easy meal when it's needed because the meat is already cooked. I've canned bacon, cubed pork, ground beef, ham and beef cubes. It It very well worth the time. Thanks for another great video, Jenny.

Thanks Jinne. BTW, my husband got the those pots today, can you believe it! I didn't even have to remind him. I'm waiting for the spouts and the filters to come in. He's looking for the drill too. It's hard to believe he got on it that a guy huh?

I was looking through the bins at Winco, I found TVP [textured vegetable protein]. I came home and looked it up, shelf life, ect. It is an amazing product to have for emergency food supply. It will extend your meat, can be used as meat for chili, or the like, and has a shelf life of 30 years. What?? Not my thing, but I am going to get some anyhow. A jar of canned ground meat, some TVP to extend it. I could actually get two meals out of a pint of ground meat adding it. Just a thought. Happy Day everyone!

I’m trying my first batch of ground turkey tonight! Fingers crossed it turns out! 🤞 managed to fit 7 pints in the pressure canner, pretty straightforward, only added onions and Himalayan salt to this batch 🤗 thank you for this easy tutorial video, has been super helpful, rewatched a few times to make sure we’re good!

I can some ground beef back on August 2020. I opened today for some pasta, and the smell was delicious. I will can some more. I mix of chicken, turkey and beef is also pretty good.

Sorry I didn’t see this video 2 days ago. I was battling a nasty 🤢 stomach virus 😔 But today I am feeling better🎉🎉 and catching up on YouTube videos. I have never canned meat (relatively new to pressure canning), but will definitely give this a try!! Thank you for sharing! ❤️
