Sarah, thank you for your video. I appreciate you following the guidelines for safe canning. There are so many "rebel canning" channels it scares me to think how many people could end up ill. I processed a lot of sausage and pulled pork this fall. It'll make good meals this coming winter. Thanks again!

Thank you for posting a canning video again. These are always my favorite! We see you preserve a lot of food, it would be cool to see you use those preparing a meal. I'd like to know how to use the canned meat in preparing a meal.

I love your canning videos. Thank you!! They’ve encouraged me to try my hand at pressure canning (previously I just did water bath canning). But one thing I would love to see is how you use your canned food, particularly the canned meat. I know you mentioned you plan to use this ground pork in soup, but it would be nice to see and also how you use canned chicken or beef.

Thank you for sharing this video. I agree that pork doesn’t freeze as long as other meat. Our freezer door opened during a storm but I was able to save the meat by canning it. I look forward to having chicken and roast beef ready for soups this winter.

I made the best beef broth this week! I have made it before but it did not have much gel to it. We had picked up 1/2 of a beef on Monday so I took 3 packages of soup bones and started them on the stove. I barely put water in it but just kept an eye on it. It turned out so perfect with so much gel to it. It excited me because I could never get it right!
