THANK YOU, Christie! I watched every step and I'm going to save this video to watch later. I would love to do more canning. I tried it about a year or so ago with some potatoes but I had so much trouble with my canner. I just never trusted that the jars sealed properly. But I'm wanting to try doing some more canning! When you cook up the canned meat to use in a meal does it taste the same as fresh? Thanks again for this very good instruction!!

I have never seen the magnet stick, terrific idea. Using tongs is awful.
