It takes a little longer than a minute (closer to 10) but going outside at sunrise and/or sunset makes a huge difference in how I feel.

To clean the house, I turn on music and see how much I can do before the song ends. Then I move to the next room for the next song.

My hack for removing make up - I have a large cosmetic bag that I keep downstairs next to the couch. It is packed with cleansers wipes and nighttime treatments and moisturizers. I take my make up off while watching TV.

Love all of these suggestions! The underlying great point is that we forget eating the elephant one bite at a time is okay, and smart living. My 1-5 min thing is using hand weights while watching YT videos - those light weights and minutes add up to better defined arms without much effort.

Every morning when I wake up, I rinse my face with cold water, moisturize, brush teeth and drink 20 ounces of warm water. It’s a great habit that energizes and hydrates. Around my house, I use the OHIO method…Only Handle It Once. Instead of putting a dirty bowl in the sink with the intent of putting it in the dishwasher later, I do it at that time. Really helps with the mounting clutter.

When you were talking about leaving your jewellery out on a tray on your dresser, I thought well, clearly, you don’t have a cat! 😂 Some excellent other suggestions I could implement though, thank you 🙏

You look amazing in red! I just ordered a few tops in red. I’ve never worn red, ever. Loving at the moment. I’m a former personal trainer. First thing I teach my clients is exercise to improve posture. With practice it becomes habit, even sitting. Everyone looks and feels taller and thinner! Stand in front of mirror. Breath in for 5 seconds, raising chest, and lifting abs. Blow out without lowering chest. Repeat 4x. After 4 times you’ll see a noticeable difference in posture. Chest will be higher and waist will appear slimmer. I tell clients to practice daily. Takes just a minute and you’ll have huge improvement.

I'm going to try your PanOxyl tip. I quit using aluminum-based antiperspirants years ago, tried making my own, with mixed success, and lately my armpits have been breaking out -- so for several days at a time I just don't use anything, or I use plain coconut oil or even castor oil with a bit of tea tree oil mixed in, until it heals. My usual deodorant is now the deodorant crystal.

YES to hiring house cleaners!!! My dog died a couple of years ago and I just couldn't bear to clean anything for over a year, because it felt like I was "cleaning him away." I finally gave in and had someone ELSE clean his nose prints off the front glass storm door. Let someone ELSE vacuum the dog hair and steam clean his black fur out of the white carpets. Let someone ELSE clean the muddy paw prints out of the bathtub, left from the last time I gave him a bath. I had them come back twice a month for several months until that was all taken care of, and now they come back once a month. (I have a full-time job.) I am grateful for their help. And I still really really really miss him.

Another good trick for tackling fragrant armpits, is witch hazel, a bacteria killer . I use the rose scented one in the summer and it feels very cooling while smelling fresh

You'd be amazed how much more you can accomplish if you involve the entire family in Tidy up Time! 😊 We used to make it a game right before bedtime, accompanied by an upbeat song to get everyone motivated. Just run around and straighten the house until the music stops!

Quarter of a teaspoon about the size of a nickel of sunscreen for the face everyday whether you go out or not.The sun comes in thru your windows, and yes even on cloudy days! I apply mine when I get out of the shower.

My dermatologist recommends mineral sunscreen which also comes in powder form. The one I have is SPF 30, and you just dust it on your face. It's sheer and doesn't affect the look of makeup or bare skin. The big bonus is there is no greasy residue. I use one made by Èminence.

Posture: when I'm doing deadlifts, my trainer is always reminding me "chest up! chest up! chest up!" I HEAR his voice whenever I'm slumped over. Chest up! and brace brace brace brace!! (And drive through your heels... PUSH PUSH PUSH PUSH!! but that's when I'm squatting... OMG I hear his voice in my head all the time! )

Seriously, though, this is a good list and reminder of how much we can do with small bits of time. Good job and thanks as always!

Great tip about posture Anna, it's also important to remember to hold our core/tummy in, one of the ladies in your pix had her tummy sticking out, not good for the posture and not a good look. It might feel strange at first to hold your core in but you will quickly get used to it and look so much better too

Posture is SO important! You will grow the way you stand. Your muscles actually shrink if they are not properly stretched in the right position. Alignment is everything in not only looking good, but in preventing arthritis and aches and pains in the future.
