I’ve been googling a lot of YouTube workouts and Chris videos by far stood out the most. I play fútbol and need to shape and sculpt my body better. Thank you Chris for these videos you are truly an inspiration. I’ve pushed myself everyday to workout more. Especially with kids it’s.
