Amazing! Lots of effect for the effort. Noticed a difference in leg strength and walking after the first week. These really showed me where my muscles were weak in legs, ankles, hips, abs, and lower back. All of these are part of my knee problem and doing these was very revealing and helpful!

Another add in to my knee rebuilding. I've been doing you program from the pdf on your website and I am blown away that my knee pain has gone immediately. I'm up to day 4 and can not believe the results. Now my hips ate tight lol thanks for all your information you fellas provide

Thanks Bob for putting this up. I did the exercises day before yesterday and the persistent pain on the outside of my left knee has greatly improved. I plan to do them every other day for a couple of weeks before I decide to see an orthopedic doc and probably end up with a steriod shot, something I would like to avoid.
I hope your condition improves. I miss seeing you on Utube. You guys are my favorite Utube channel, most especially because I am at the age where things are wearing out.😊

Cool! I've given abductor and adductor presses for clients with knee pain but the hip stretch with foot work is new. I'll definitely try it out. Thanks for the vid, Boys! XO

I had a PT sit me on the side of the table and put ankle weights around my ankles *about 3 pounds* and while we discussed the upcoming exercises I just sat there and let the weights pull on my legs. Did this for about 5-10 minutes. What a magical difference! That simple thing created space where the two bones meet in the knee. Then I went on to do my knee PT PAIN FREE. I still do this at home before I jump on my stationery bike every day. Give it a try.

I've done these three exercises maybe four days now. Alternating days. I knew straight away that these were the exercises that were for me and my knee issues. Not easy either as these muscles are apparently weakened, the foot circles are a killer to do one set at the moment in the shin arena. I will work up to three or four sets a day. Thank you!! Keep working on our broken heart issues. We need help out here!!! lol
