Im doing squat exercise for my knee for 2 months. And recumbent bike too, Im 65 year old women my pain is gone... but i was ready to do knee total knee replacement...i went for therapy too, , exercise help a lot...😊

Saya lansia (64) sedang mengalami nyeri sendi dan pegal linu, sejak dua bulan terakhir ini. Hasil cek darah (asam urat, gula darah, dll.) secara umum normal. Saya mau mencoba mengikuti latihan seperti yg di video ini..
