This is in my fridge everyday.

Ingredients:
1 block of firm tofu
2 tbsp of nooch (nutritional yeast)
1 tsp of vegeta veggie stock

Directions:
Chop your tofu, shake it up with the nooch and vegetables, and then fry it for 5 minutes in the air fryer.

So easy!

Component prep is SO much easier than cooking full meals. This is my cheat code to being consistent in my diet and being able to keep the 40lbs I lost OFF!!

True story, just now I clicked on this short about tofu prep and suddenly realized I forgot to put away the tofu I prepped in the air fryer tonight. 🤣 I'm so glad I got the reminder. Thank you. 🤣

We don’t have the veg stock powder in my country. I actually never seen in the powder form. I seen liquid or those greasy cubes. What can I use to sub the veggie powder?

Disgusting.. if thats what you think cheesy is. Air frying is also very unhealthy
