***A few notes:
- Nasoya's Super Firm Tofu is the best source of plant-based protein, with 14g of protein per serving!

I tried tofu for the first time yesterday. Didn't know there were all these varieties. Bought a pack, came home, opened the pack and just made an absolute mess. It was silken tofu and I was not using it for the right things at all. This video clears things up!

I love this is the only video that I found that actually shows someone working with the tofu. Thank you! I haven't found anything in my home language!

Honestly this was super helpful. I’ve been wanting to start eating more tofu but I’m always super confused which to buy and how to cook it. Thanks Caitlin!!

I'm so happy you mentioned freezing it! My tofu goes from store to freezer always but I've never heard anyone else suggest it. It really makes a difference in the texture. Thanks you so much for all your awesome recipes!

I love making tofu scrambles on the weekend. And my aunt actually makes a kick ass marinated and breaded tofu that somehow tasted like chicken... It was amazing. I'm pretty sure it was magic. Great tofu 101!! 👏👏

This video is great! I’m am still relatively new to being a vegan & eating tofu and figured I’d incorporate it more into my diet since I tried Teryaki Tofu recently & loved it. I was scared of tofu before but now I think I can make some delicious meals all thanks to you! 😊
