four months later and this is still one of my favorite workouts. I do this twice a week for strength, and then do a 45-min cardio video 3 times a week. I definitely have noticed my body is toning and I have definitely gotten stronger.

IM SO IN LOVE WITH THESE 30 MINUTES WORKOUT OMG IT HELPS ME A LOTT. im an extremely introverted person and im obviously overweight, so going to the gym really intimidates me and i just cantt. i sign up once before but i ended up only going to zumba classes, because even though what i really wanna do is weight training, the section where all the weights are stored is filled with guys and i just cant go near there even. so i just quit and planning on doing it from home and your video is so far my favorite go to. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH AND THANK YOU.

let me just say....WOW !!! for the longest time ive been trying to find a workout that kicks butt, torches calories, and makes me burn. and this does just that.
i torch just about 500 calories from this alone (sometimes more with advanced), and feel great afterwards.
ive been doing this for a little over a week now and just within my first week lost 7lbs !
must try xx

I am so happy I came across this workout. As some one who has given up so many times before even starting, this workout never made me feel like it was something I could not do. The constant positive comments, the calming chatter, and the no-judgement modifications(that the main instructor even did sometimes) made me feel welcomed and like part of a team! Thank you for this resource and for a new part of my weekly routine!

Anyone else doing this workout while social distancing? This is the second time I've done this workout. I've added it to my weekly rotation. I love how many options and modifications she gives--I feel like I could keep doing this same workout and continue to challenge myself with more reps, more power, or heavier weights!

I love workouts that have warm up and cool downs. I workout first thing in the morning and I always appreciate warming up my muscles before getting into it. This is one of my favorite workouts, it makes me sweat and it's enjoyable. Thanks Danielle!

PSA don't drink too much water/eat before this workout. Made that mistake and thought I was gonna be sick from all the jumping! That being said CRAZY leg workout I don't think any Pop Sugar vid has torn my legs apart like this!

Fantastic workout! I'm a beginner and it was a big help having modifications. According to my Fitbit, I burned 600 calories while doing this! I'm definitely going to try another workout tomorrow! Thank you Popsugar Fitness!
