Amazing workout on some of the moves I did the knee lifts for my abs and alternated kickbacks with them. Whew it was worth it. Sweat dripping and muscles are a good sore especially from yesterday's HIIT upper body with dumbbells. You rock Ingrid ty for all you do love 🎉🎉🙏🙏🌺🌺
