i have lost almost 30 pounds in like 4 months doing these workouts daily (i have rest days ofc) and i can def see a different in the loss, my eating habits have improved which helps too, but this proves their workouts truly work awesome! thank you fitness blender for being so motivating💟

I first started doing fitness blender workouts in May to lose some winter fluff but I quit after 2 months because I was getting bigger. I build muscle easily, so it was very discouraging. After a month of being back at it I actually SEE great results and this is what I am doing:
- HIIT maximum 3 times a week, walking on my rest days. I also warm up for more like 15-20 minutes, I learned I respond better to workouts this way.
- vegetarian diet during the week, limiting refined sugars and alcohol
- tracking my macros
- sleeping 8 hours a night
It took like 6 months of trial and error to figure out what my body likes and I think I cracked it! So listen to your body, don't be surprised if it takes a load of time to figure stuff out, and just enjoy the journey!

i did this for one week straight with a healthy diet just doing this once a day and after the one week i looked awesome all over not just my core but my whole body was toned. i lost around 4 to 6 pounds

I'm trying to lose weight and this workout had me out of breath and sweating like crazy. However, by the time I'm done, I just feel so much more confident about my body and closer to my goal so thank you for this wonderful video

its really wierd how belly fat seems to go down with out actually doing crunches. it's the high intensity workouts with jumping included, water fruits and vegetables that reduces belly fat. situps alone jus give u muscle with flab still over it. i learned that from experience.

Guys I did it!!Yes!Day 1 complete!!
I was so exhausted and felt like giving up at 10 mins!But I didn't give up and I did it!

i remember doing this when i was a teen. it was one of my favorite workouts ever, because it is both challenging and super effective. at that time i was in my best shape, but when covid started i dropped my healthy lifestyle. tomorrow will be the first day i will do again this workout. can't wait

I made it up to 13:16, right before the squats. I've never done this intense of a workout, thus leading to my quads being super sore(my first time, too). That was insane, I'll do this again and hopefully make it farther, perhaps to the end! Wish me luck

This is one of the best exercises if you are looking for reduction of waist and hip, in three weeks my waist step of measuring: 82cm to 77 cm just doing these exercises 5 times a week, with some cardio and without any kind of diet (eating healthy only)

I've been training to lose body fat four over a month now and I must admit this has me sweating more than going on the treadmill or any other hiit workout. Thank you. I'll definitely buy your ab workout
