This! I just completed an 80 hour dry fast and I was so surprised at how much easier it felt in comparison to my regular three day water fast and despite what google says…I didn’t die after 3 days with no water lol. I’m not recommending this just something I felt okay and comfortable doing. You also don’t feel thirst. I was truly mind blown and felt euphoric.

I hope you do a more in-depth videos on rolling dry fasts (maybe r72s) and how to break extended dry fasts properly (4+ days). Love all you do and am so grateful for you, your team, and the knowledge you share!

I started dry fasting even on my OMAD days and my weight has gone down significantly more in comparison to water fasting before eating.

I find dry fasting to be way less challenging than watering fasting. It also accelerates the benefits.

Exactly even when I IF-Intermittent Fast, I prefer to dry fast for that very reason.

Dry fasting is a spiritualy stronger fast! 3 days will get a breakthru on the 3rd day then its its up to you to prolong your fast go to only water, ! Make sure not to eat wrong or drink wrong when you stop?

I was that I was called hunger pain not hunger pang. That’s crazy. I’m still gonna call the hunger pain because I don’t think I like saying the word pang.

dry fasting is not good for you. most inflammatory issues return once hydrated. we are water 💧 beings and need water in our organs to function optimally. totally true though that there is less hunger with a dry fast compared to the first few days of a water wast, but it is not good for the body.
