No worries, glad you found it helpful.  Remember though that this isn't necessarily an advice video; simply a demonstration of my skills for a university module.  If you have any long term problems then I'd advise you pop to see a physio.  Thanks again folks :-)

great relief. i am surprised.ohhh god what a relief. ive put my pillow under my belly and stayed for 3 to 5 min then it word well.
