I haven’t done martial arts in some time and I want to get back into it. I’m going to give this a shot! Not expecting full splits in only 30 days necessarily but this seems simple enough to help me get back into flexibility training. Thanks!

one of my dream since i was a kid is to do split... i can kick higher than my head but i can't do split... maybe i need fo make time and do this stretches to make my long time dream into reality.. thank you Master Chong... 😊😊😊

This came exactly at the right time... training for 6 years, 3 years intense. Hardly any progress on the roundhouse kick/ or doing splits...

I’m starting today to see if I get any progress. (Start: 13/6-2021)

Day 4: I did every stretch a bit more today (5 breaths instead of the 3 in the video)

Day 7: I’ve been going for a week and haven’t really noticed any difference but that is to be expected. That last stretch with someone helping you push is really effective in my experience so far.

Day 13: Really enjoying the calming music. I don’t feel like I’ve gotten any more flexible but I know that it’s not that easy to tell.
Also once I am done with this I am going to go through all of your stretching videos in one day for fun.

Excellent exercises!!
Just I need every morning before to go to my work and my Tae-Kwon-Do classes because I'm an old man of 53 years old and I love those chinese music, relaxing and motivated music. 🥋🥋👋👋👌👌🖖🖖👍👍🤘🤘

I will really try these out At the age of 8 I used to do 180 splits easily and due to lack of practice I can't do it I know it is going to be harder than last time but I am going to do this😃😃

In 27 days my legs got very flexible and without any problem I'm doing full splits before it was very hard but now feeling like a rubber legs thank you master looking for more new videos

Though I am only curious on how it is done, your videos teaches the main things on how it is done even minor details are covered, this must be one of the best lessons taught in YouTube

Another great video 👌 Every time I just long for new videos 💪🥋😎 I hope you can create a new video for hip mobility. Flexibility and mobility are two different but fairly similar exercises for only the mid-split or front split. Mobility is good for reaching range of motion .. correct me if I am wrong 😊

Thank you as always. For some reason the monotony of stretching one way was getting boring. I had not thought of stretching other muscle groups besides the hammies.
