My taekwondo teacher recommended me this and the morning one cuz I’m soooo stiff in the middle splits, I’m currently on day 6 but she said to do it every day for one month so I guess I’ll update every week

Splits at end of 1 week, would be a miracle, so not expecting that. I have gone from younger days of hEDS to older tightened, stiff issues now, plus injured right hip (labral tear). I am just hoping for pain relief in my right hip and excited to make any improvement with flexibility, so that’s why I’m here. I just did 1st morning routine & can’t wait to do the afternoon routine. My chiropractor is doing LLLT on my brain & injuries & making gentle adjustments but told me that my hip & pelvis are very tight. I really think these stretches are going to be very helpful. Thank you so much for these videos!!!

This its been the best stretching routine to get more felixibility in your legs that I've seen, its my second day following the mornimg and the afternoon routine and I can notice a difference, lets see what happends on day 7. Excellent video!!

Holy shit i followed along the video and never felt any discomfort in the back only sometimes a bit in the legs when i stretched a little to much but when i started the relaxation part my back started to hurt a lot.

I do the morning and evening stretches,
I started from difficulty headkicking 180, now i headshot 1.90 people with ease :D

Never knew roundhousekick had to do with straddle split :D. Not only am i getting flexible in the straddle but also front and side automatically, this guy is a genious, using aswell relaxing technique gently going deeper, VERY HAPPY with results im not even 1 month into stretching :)
