Finding the ‘woman’s weight loss secrets: the unspoken truth’ ebook should be your top priority, even if it’s the last thing you do in life

Remember! Exercise not to become skinny, exercise to become stronger than your past self! :)

I've been called "fat" for almost two decades of my life but the moment I knew society was completely broken was when big girls called me a _skinny bitch_ when I was actually "average", according to others.

I figured that to some I'll be fat and to others I'll be skinny. I honestly prefer thick, lean, meaty, curvy, chubby, slim, or athletic as opposed to just fat or skinny. Society is broken, not you.

My body dysmorphia and eating disorder recovery has been very hard for me, emotionally and physically but I wanted to let you know that your videos have really helped me <3 also love your hair, I saw on your insta story that you got it cut and bleached and it looks

As someone who has been shamed for being "too thin" and had a chubbier stage in my late teens (I only weighed about 8-10 kg more than I do now, but when that's 1 5th of your body weight, it's A LOT) I've had all the bullying. I tick every box for being at super high risk of an eating disorder. I have been extremely fortunate in my life that I haven't developed one, and have been on a long and winding road toward a healthier lifestyle. I resonate so hard with this whole video. It literally does not matter what your body type is, someone is going to shame you for something. It's pretty fucked up, but it's fact. No matter though, because we don't listen to hateful trash. (=

not counting calories has not only VASTLY improved my relationship with food, but i believe it’s what helped me build my metabolism. i get to eat all the foods i enjoy (in moderation of course) without feeling guilt. not only that, working out is something i now look forward to, since it’s what’s been keeping my metabolism on fire 🔥

honestly tired of this repetitive content about "how skinny you are despite eating so much food" like this is giving me pick me vibes and just a weird flex overall, this is all your content has been for the past weeks and it's just boring at this point. well i'll just unsubscribe i guess

One thing I absolutely love about Zoe is that she is so unfiltered. Like, when we watch her, we know we are getting the real deal. Thank you Zoe!❤

So my best friend is extremely skinny and underweight. She does not have any kind of an eating disorder. The problem is that her body can't save the fat in the food. She used to take a lot of medicine in her early childhood wich lead to her not being able to gain weight. Right now she visits her doctor a lot in hope of one day having a healthier weight. It's so sad that she gets skinny shamed or told she had an ED, even though this is in no way true. I think it's really a problem of our society that you are a bad person if you tell someone that being extremely overweight is unhealthy, but telling skinny people that they have ED, even though that's not true, is okay?! I don't get it...

Btw what I'm saying is that you should try to keep your weight on a healthy level, I'm not trying to offend anybody.
Great Video ❤️

(Btw I hope my english is okay...)

I find it so funny how this Channel is so contradicting, I can tell your audience is young and you put Yourself as a rôle model and à influencer the marketing is on point,

Zoe, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. By finding your channel I started visiting a nutritionist to help me recover from ED that I've been suffering from for 7 years now. What you say in all of your videos makes a lot of sense and makes me hopeful for my future relationship with my body and food in general. Keep on doing what you do xx

I feel like your point about thin people not "relying on genetics" is short-sighted. At your high weight, you were not overweight. Not everyone's non-dieting weight is "skinny fat." If your version of letting go is still looking relatively slim, you probably still have good genetics. Obviously lifestyle is a factor, but your point would come across stronger if you acknowledged this.

I love your videos so much.
Yes I do know all of this but I tend to forget. Especially when my mental health declines.
In the past year I had to regain a good amount of weight(cuz of health issues) but I gained it in an unhealthy way of eating and living, in a way which really messed up my relationship with food yet again.
I want to start taking care of it again and fix my relationship with food. This was the PERFECT reminder for me.
Thank you Zoe, ILY <33
