In this video, I talk about the things that I've learned from observing 'Naturally Skinny' people's eating habits and their lifestyles. How do they stay so thin and never gain weight? How do they eat junk food like I do but stay so small? The truth is, anyone will put on weight if they overeat on a daily basis. Watch this video to find out what habits you can learn from skinny people.

even if a skinny person does overeat one day, they eat a lot less the next day subconsciously. because that excess energy from the overeating will carry over into the next day and they will be less hungry.

They don’t force feed themselves
2. They are not hyper focused on food. They enjoy there meal and the event (talking to others, environment etc)
3. You should eat when your hungry (your stomach will growl) and then stop when your hunger goes away stop eating and you don’t need to go beyond that point
4. Skinny people don’t binge, they will have small amounts of sweets that’s all
5. They are not interested in food once there hunger goes away they stop eating. Don’t overrating
6. They intermittent fast
7. Don’t diet if ur a teen or child it will stunt growth
8. Calories in vs calories out (burn more calories consume less food). Don’t crash diet this is a lifestyle change, it’s a skinny lifestyle not diet.
9. They eat small amounts of junk/sweets for example they have a bite of KitKat and that’s it.
10. They aren’t emotional if they don’t get to cherish they’re cravings they realize they will get there cravings eaten later maybe in future they will have but they aren’t compulsive with food
11. They are more active, they walk around n do stuff and do some exercise
12. They aren’t greedy with food, food is plentiful they’re is abundance learn to share food, Don’t hold so much attachment to it.

I have an eating disorder but this video actually helps me. I have a binging disorder. I'm learning to train myself to eat intuitively, until I'm actually satisfied and not full.

Also as a skinny person I realized that on days were I do eat a ton, the next day I eat very little to anything, simply because I’m not hungry. Also I subconsciously skip a lot of meals because I’m not hungry and only really eat when My stomach is literally growling

Two things that have really blown my mind, and has opened up my mind from this video has been:
1. Being stuffed is an unacceptable state to be in - not "uncomfortable", not "bad", it is simply a state that should never happen, actually such a step change.
2. The food you are craving, or want to eat now will exist and be attainable tomorrow too.

Amazing video, thank you for this! ❤😊

This is so true. Even if you see your skinny friends eat a lot, this is not a habit, they're only out eating with you. When they're alone, their habits are different. It's the consistency that drives change

i've always been naturally thin, but my thinnest was when i had absolutely zero preoccupation with food. i was so busy & walked so much, food was an inconvenience to even think about! i'm glad i'm not that thin any more, i was borderline underweight.

Love the disclaimer! I went on a two week trip with a naturally slim friend, her choices were very healthy and she ate smaller portions, more often. Although there are some people who eat so much and are skinny! But as you say they must not eat like that every day.

I love your direct, no-nonsense tone. I feel like it's been a long time since I've even heard people use the words "skinny" and "fat" and it was refreshing to hear a simple message without cushioning.

Something i as a skinny person would add is to chew your food thorougly. This way you`re more aware of what you eat, you are eating slower and therefore less.

At the beginning when she speaks about thin people being force fed and that's why they gain weight, i began to realize that, that was the key factor of literally my entire weight gain. I was a natural thin person when i started puberty. I had a normal metabolism, so it took me about 1-2 years to over the time gain weight. At first there wasn't anything noticeable, but soon i realized i was bigger than i originally was. And all of it was because of My parents force feeding me. They always didn't think about it, it was always "eat more, eat more" or "you must finish everything on your plate"
You know the usual sayings. I felt guilty if i didn't finish my food so then i began to eat when i didn't feel hunger, i saw my siblings eat and i immediately resorted to food. Even when I'm not hungry. I've lost 40 pounds over the last 4 months and im still striving to lose 10 more :). So i hope this helps me, and helps anyone else out there !!! We got this budd

Got a fried chicken ad halfway through the video 😂. Been skinny all my life. The tips are true. Socializing > actually eating. Skipping meals. Only eating when really hungry. Stop when you're not feeling hungry. Eat anything you like but small portions.

I agree with all of this. I dislike overeating. The only time I ever indulge a bit more is if I am at a restaurant and enjoying the food. I don't go out to eat very often. I eat slow and enjoy my food. I did gain weight during my pregnancies and menopause but lost it eventually. I walk but no longer do any other exercises because of the strain on my older body like my knees, lower back and hips. I don't eat any special foods. I eat the foods I like but eat less of the sweets. I weigh myself probably about once a week (for a long time I did not weigh myself but then found out I needed to start doing that again) to track weigh gain and weigh loss as well. I like my clothes to fit well and not have to worry about "muffin top." People so often comment to me that I can eat whatever I want and stay thin. That is not true at all. Was true when I was a young teen but those days are long over. I have to make an effort. I feel it is worth it because it makes me feel more youthful to be thin. I'm the weight I was in my mid to late twenties (some other times in my life, too.) I don't like the feeling of just letting myself go and not caring. I did that for a while; I figured I was older and what does it matter. Why fight it. Well, it is worth it to look the way you want and fit into the clothes you want to wear.

A good point is also to include in your day an acitivity that you really enjoy - it can replace the amount of dopamine which you used to get from food. It really works😊🌟

So important to be not greedy about food! I see this happens a lot in buffets where people stuff their faces because they want to eat all the king crab legs or all the sashimi salmon and then they get stuffed to the point where they can't walk. Not a healthy eating habit. Thanks for the video!

Thank you so much for this I think I may finally be able to get my dream body thanks to you. I’ve always hated my body and wanted to be skinny. I am not fat but somewhere in between. I appreciate you being honest as most skinny people would lie and say oh I eat everything and show 3 big meals on social media when they probably don’t even finish those meals and that’s why they are skinny. It’s all about what you eat.

This is so helpful. I’ve dealt with anorexia and binge eating disorders in the past and I’ve never had that sense of balance. You definitely highlight hunger and not eating when you’re not hungry and eating when the hunger subsides.

This is such a great video. I did these things when I was younger, I was always the chubbier one, I looked at how my skinny cousin ate, how she behaved with food and it was all these things you mentioned. I started sharing my food instead of being greedy, small portions, not finishing food and all of it actually worked and I got to a more normal size. I have to incorporate this again.
