There is no way I would have been able to do this workout when I first started following you, but I've really noticed an improvement in my arm strength since doing your workouts. Thank you! Day 8 guys ✅

i feel so much stronger after 3 weeks of doing your videos. ive tried many channels over the years and your videos are the only ones that relaxes me after a stressful day at work where im standing all day. the chill music and steady pace is life changing. thank you thank you thank you

Day eight complete! Maybe I'm delusional, but I feel stronger (?) I'm able to complete the workouts without feeling tired afterwards. I've even contemplated if I should do the workouts twice! I have never been a fan of exercise (hence my obesity lol) but I find myself excited to complete these workouts. It doesn't feel like chore to me. Good job to everyone participating! I believe in us.

i’m loving these workouts, they’re a lot more different to your other plans. just a quick question, would you ever consider making playlists that tailor to different types of workouts (like one for full body, one for stretch and strengthen etc), just so if we’re looking to work on a particular part of the body, we can just find a video in a playlist rather than having to scroll through all of your videos? just a suggestion, love love love the content ❤❤

day 8 ✅ When the session ends, I would laugh because I won't even realize it's done. Every day, it gets easier and more comfortable to do with my body. I felt different! Thank you, Madeleine <3

had a rest day yesterday but came back strong with this and yesterday's workout! I loved it and it was 10 times more exhausting after a heavy lifting :D
