I think for the theme of Day 9 Pilates is 'balancing' .. I tried hard to keep my body balance while did it, especially the first move.. I sweating guyss.. thankyou Madeline for always level up these move.. you know I adore you.. day 9 done

i have been loving these videos, usually i am the type to rush in and try and do everything 1000 miles an hour but your videos have taught me to slow it down and feel the workout ❤️

I have no idea if it was because of the workout or something is wrong with me today. I mean imo it wasn't THAT hard but I really sweated like bullets!! My sweat was falling on my mat like a huge ass rain drop💀 It was a nice workout though. I really enjoyed it💕
