Did the 100 today in an EMOM (every min on the min)fashion. I started the timer and did 10 pushups and then rested for the remained of the minute then when it hit 1 minute I went again, repeated until I got all 100. I'm smoked. I usually have 2 dedicated full-body strength days every week to hit the other movements but gonna keep up with this 100 a day for the month.

So you are getting rid of the fat guy, an idea for you is later on get rid of the broke guy and show some videos of you studying, working and slowly progressing successfully on that aspect. And lastly get rid of the stupid guy even though I don’t think you’re stupid because you saw these points on you that you were not happy with and decided and also had the strength to change, so maybe the stupid guy was the first one who died. Keep up man, good job so far.👍👍
