This video was for sure one of the most important you have ever made, all of us have definitely gone through performance anxiety but i think tip 2 is one of the best because if you have that negativity in the back of your mind all the time your performance will reflect that which is why i always try to eliminate them when ever i play a game. Thank you for this video ❤

- Dont try to stop the feelings and emotions, they are just information. Regulate them to your advantage (I'm feeling nervous now, because what Im about to do is important > focus on the match)

1. Acceptance > Regulation (breathe)
2. Stay present (no thinking of negative outcomes)
If you are focused on the present, then you dont have the mental capacity to be focused on the future or past
3. Sleep

The emotional maturity I have gained from watching your videos 👏👏.
Take away from the video is (acceptance) accept and own your emotions, not complaining about it, taking charge of it.

Well done Sam.
In my experience, the best understand and embrace Billy Jean King’s quote “pressure is a privilege”.

What do you think about when pressure makes you turn from nervousness to flow state. For example you are losing the whole time and when the final moment comes you go in flow state but you was nervous before that. Example I can think of is mbappe in world cup final and I know because it has happened to me before. After the flow state is over you go back to nervous and calm down slowly

A former NFL speaker at our company event told us that he used to throw up before games because of anxiety.

I just, freeze up in games. I find myself hesitant of the ball for some reason. I’ll get in behind into good spaces and I’m struggling, can anyone lend a hand?

I know it sounds stupid, but I start cross country today and I’m so scared. It’s my first year and I feel like everyone will be faster, better, and stronger than me. I’d be fine with that except I feel like I’m, going to fall behind and always be last 😢
