27 months carnivore on a poverty level income. It's cheaper than diabetes.

I’ve saved a ton of money by not buying fruit and veggies that used to go in my refrigerator to DIE. 🤣😂🤣

SO TRUE! I'm 72 and was disabled at 50, so my SS income is not much. Find I spend less on carnivore than when I was ALWAYS hungry and eating snacks! Also save money on meds and supplements! I am now off 8 of my 11 long term prescriptions and reducing the remaining ones! No longer type 2 diabetic, chronic fatigue and pain from fibromyalgia is minimal, anxiety and depression are gone, fatty liver gone, and I improved so much that my spinal surgeon released me instead of scheduling my 6th spinal fusion!! I feel better than I have in over 25 years! I'm finally enjoying life again!! Thanks for ALL you have done to help me!! God bless you!

And since you eat less on a carnivore diet because it leaves you fuller longer, that helps too.

Started eating cheaply, but I learned to budget and look for good stuff. Now I eat quality meat over quantity.

Everyone says they cant afford a $12 steak, but then they go to McDonalds, Wendys, etc, for a $12 meal 5 days a week.

Not to mention saving so much on the future years of medical bills.

Frozen burgers from Costco
Bacon
Sardines
Organ meats
Most expense...Wild caught salmon
Cheaper than what I used to spend on crap, OTC meds and pharmaceuticals

Being carnivore for me is cheaper than when I was eating unhealthy..
I only buy meat butter, bacon and eggs and don't have to go through the gauntlet of the supermarket to buy anything else at all except toilet paper and even that I buy on line cause it's cheaper and made from recycled paper..
I found a super butcher near me that sells everything I need and noticed the majority of customers that buy there are buying they same as me, we just smile at each other cause we know we're doing the same diet 😅

Just bought a half of a beef from a local farmer. After paying the farmer and the butcher it came out to $3.80/lb. And that’s burger, steaks, roasts etc. had T-bones last night and they were delicious!

Family of 8 here. We raise chickens, ducks, and quail for eggs and meat. I shop for what meat is on sale each week. We eat really good and spend significantly less than most people we know because we do not buy ultra processed.

I am so happy to hear Dr Berry say that! I always felt like I couldn’t afford the keto let alone carnivore diet. But he has given me a path to begin. In one month my A1C is already within normal range and I am not stopping. Thanks Dr Berry

That's why I like to watch Laura Spath. She talks a lot about how she did carnivore in the beginning and how to keep it cheap. Same with Kelly Hogan.

What most forget is that when you don't buy all the other stuff.... Boxes, can and bags of processed food, veggies that go bad in fridge ...it's been MUCH cheaper ! I can even afford a ribeye a few times a month.

Facts. Because carnivore is so nutritionally dense, you simply don't need to eat as much as food.
I buy organic beef and eggs which are considerably more spendy, and I still spend less on food than I used to buying all the junk that comes in bags and boxes.

Also consider this folks, if you aren’t buying chips and rice and Mac & cheese, oatmeal, ice cream, cookies, cokes, tater tots, pop tarts, cereal and all the other crap, then you will now have much more grocery money to spend on meat. So eating mostly just meat isn’t going to increase your overall bill too much really. Especially if you are buying meat only when it’s on sale like I do.

Exactly!! Here’s a typical day for me on the carnivore diet…..6 eggs for breakfast ($1.30); pound of bacon ($4.89); pound of ground beef later that day ($5.29)…..that’s one meal at Chick Fil A and it’s garbage! Fuels me for the day and I’m stuffed!
