Oddly enough, my weight has not changed much at all and my clothes are slowly fitting better. But the most obvious change is how I feel and the mirror. I feel incredible. My energy is like when I was 30. Sleep apnea is gone. My blood pressure is dropping. My face appears much slimmer. So the body fat is coming off. And I haven’t even started exercising yet.

My weight is down 40 pounds so far. Started July 1st. 56 year old male. Starting weight was 290 weight today (09/03/2023) is 250. My weight goes down, then stalls then up a pound or 2, then, lose 3-5 pounds seemingly over night. It is frustrating, but the process IS WORKING!!!

I started the carniovore lifestyle 11 weeks ago. I still notice positive changes in myself. Now the biggest change is the continuous improvement of my mood, and I no longer need mood medication. In addition, I now only eat organic and still spend less money on food than before.

I’m on Day 36. Have lost 11 pounds. For the past 3 weeks my weight keeps going up and down 2 pounds or so. I’m strict with no carbs. This video is helping me realize that it’s okay and to just keep going.

It’s taken so long for me to start loosing weight. A year and a half later I’m down to 190 pounds and really eating clean. I tried to just add my fresh cucumbers into my diet. Big mistake. I had serious sinus issues. But worse than that was the panic attacks. It was terrible. Within one to two days of nothing but beef butter eggs it was a night to day difference. It’s truly a long learning experience. Trust your body to tell you what to eat or not to eat.

I had to remind myself of how long I put my body and mind through the ringer from years of eating atrociously. My scale stays under the bed, and ill pull it out maybe once a month. But mentally i feel so much better.

I needed to hear this. I’m 30 days in and the scale hasn’t budged, but I do feel better, have more energy, don’t feel hungry and walk 10k steps a day. I guess I need to wait till 90 days.

To combat eating too much protein on carnivore, I'll eat a mouthful of steak with butter smeared on it and I'm fuller sooner. I eat slowly and mindfully to give my stomach enough time to tell my brain it's full. Before carnivore I used to eat too much food too often and too quickly. So by the time my stomach signalled it was full I felt sick and overstuffed and couldn't breathe. It's nice to eat delicious, tasty food with a wonderful mouth-feel, that is healthy for me, easy to prepare and has the two things I love most in the world - steak and butter.

I'm tired of people negating water weight loss. That's so important because your body is making the first adjustment and that fluid shift takes strain off your heart, circulatory system, joints and all your body systems. It's your metabolism starting that important change and setting your chemistry in motion to improve. So don't think that "water loss" isn't impirtant and a win. It's the first critical step in healing your metabolism.

I am on my 3rd week now and my appetite is really low. I lost 4 kg in this short time. Now my weight stalled. The carnivore community comments on every video I watch is keeping me motivated. My mood is the best it’s ever been and I don’t get upset easily. I am a bit in shock and hoping it’s not just phase. I pray it only becomes better. My anxiety seems to be fading. 😊 Thank you for this video. I needed it.

Be careful not to over-consume water with meals. It reduces the effectiveness of stomach acids. There's nuance to everything, lol! Thanks for sharing your helpful tips and encouragement!

If you don't think the carnivore diet is working have a day off like I did on Sunday, I ate cake / veges/ crisps for fathers day and now I'm feeling like absolute crap, sleep was horrid, farting, unmotivated, sore joints, acid reflux. So today I'm back to meat/ eggs/ butter only as my body just cant handle carbs/ sugar anymore its just not worth it to me.

I started the Carnivore diet a month ago. Not to lose weight. I’m 5’2 and weigh 90 lbs. I began the plan to get healthy!
It’s quite amazing what just 1 month has done for my health!!! My medicines have been cut in half!😊 I have way more energy than I had a month ago! So happy I began Carnivore!

I'm two and half years carnivore. I went from nearly 17 stone to 15 stone. Which isn't a huge loss but I easily keep it off whereas other diets I would just put the weight back on and then some. My energy levels, gut health, mentality have all improved 10X. I actually feel like a different more improved person. Since going carnivore everything in my life keeps getting better and better.
