Hey Tanya, loved all of these points especially the one about how satiated nutrient dense foods can be. People lose touch with what hunger actually means when they overeat processed foods and it's so important to be able to break this cycle. Thanks for the content!

Hey Tanya, great video! I've never done full paleo in the past, and my biggest hurdle is that I don't want to eat so much fat and protein, and not knowing how to handle the carb cravings during the week. I'd love your perspective on how you help your clients with this.
