More than a few years ago I went Paleo and I dropped 24kg (so like 50lbs) without much in the way of effort. I sort of lost my way, but I have just started back on it and I am already down an inch on my gut.

Most Americans eat virtually no plants. If you eat all those fruits and veggies it's an improvement....even with all the deleterious and unneeded saturated fat and animal protein.

The only issue I have is the promotion of meat, fish and eggs. In the modern world their production is cruel and unethical. Go vegan
