The goal of this workout is to improve your mobility, balance and relative strength.

The details:
- 30 minute follow along
- non talking
- no jumping
- calisthenics beginner modifications are included
- add weight and increase the rom to make it harder
- great place to start if pistol squats, sissy squats and dragon squats are on your future goal list
- includes a free downloadable workout sheet for those who don’t like follow along workouts

Great workout moves. I'm looking for a way to strengthen legs and build lean muscle without over-stressing my knees. I can certainly make most of these moves work for my needs. Thanks for posting! I just subscribed.

Cool 😎 i use the deck rail to help with the 90 degree hurdle stretch. I only recently discovered how much this style works to keep tone.

I really have to work on my balance. Some of your exercises I can manage well except for the ones that require balance. Sticktoitiveness is the key. 😊

Your channel is super surprising and inspiring. I have huge inner conflicts about eating animals but I thought there was no way I can thrive as a vegan. Now I see it's possible. How do you know you're hitting your protein requirements.. Do you have someone to advise you on nutrition?
