Dont know who to believe, some other videos say knees should be right above feet. So basically hands should be able to touch the back of the feet.

What about going "higher"? Like raising your glutes higher instead of straightening your body into a line. Is it better, worse, or neutral? I feel my glutes and lower back better engaged when I do that, but I want to know if this is a good practice I should continue or not
