Pile 3. Wow, this was so spot on. Childhood trauma/abuse by someone who was supposed to be a father figure. I definitely daydream a lot because I feel safer there. Pile Number 2. This was SO important for me, Monique. I needed the emphatic message to be careful of the "toxic masculine energy". I recently met a "Christian" person who appears on the surface to be kind and loving, but he is terrifying me with his masculine need for intimacy. I needed this message to tell me to SPEAK MY TRUTH! Pile #1: It resonated so deeply. You were spot on, as always. I dealt with physical, mental, and emotional abuse from my mother and grandma while growing up. Looking back now, they were both very wounded, and they took it out on me. I'm 38 years old, and I'm only just now ready to face this and begin to heal. It's really affected my ability to make money or have a decent career, and it's affected friendships too (just like you mentioned). I shrink myself down and don't speak up often, because I've grown to assume that no one wants to hear me. I will take your advice on how to heal with doing inner child work, balancing chakras, and practicing affirmations to heal and bring some self-confidence and self-love to my life.

The message i wrote down from other spiritual videos is " regarding any set of circumstances, focus on a response that feels good rather that one that does not" . A person may not be able affect their circumstances in a moment but they can affect their state being in the moment!😊

Pile 3 resonated a little TOO much!! My mother and younger brother were very narcissistic and impeded on my sense of personal will. I was also a military brat, so the moving was a bit much for me.

But besides my stepfather being a marine, my mother would make decisions and not care how they negatively impacted the rest of us. I would use writing, art, and music as a means of escape.

I’ve been on a healing journey for the past few years and now Spirit is guiding me to heal my root chakra and go deeper with healing my solar plexus. I’ve healed my surface level confidence but now I’m healing my confidence in creating stability and financial abundance by using my gifts and talents.

My mother was VERY verbally abusive and emotionally neglectful. Words of affirmations is my top love language because she loved to criticize and complain! But I’ve come far and know that soon I’ll get past this next level of healing.
